Les Dames d’Escoffier Seattle is primarily a scholarship organization, dedicated to providing both financial assistance, mentorship and support to women entering the food, beverage or hospitality industries. To date, we have disbursed more than $650,000 through our programs and projects.
Our goal is to encourage women from all backgrounds to pursue their dreams and to help them become extraordinary leaders in their industries.
We’ve awarded individual scholarships to over one hundred deserving women and established scholarship endowments at the following schools:

- Washington State University’s Viticulture and Enology Program
- Washington State University’s Hospitality Program (honoring Dame Gretchen
Mathers) - Renton Technical College
