Green Tables is a Les Dames d’Escoffier International entity which has grown and developed over the years into a unique and diversified chapter initiative with a wide variety of supported projects centered around funding programs focused on education on all aspects of growing, sourcing and preparing nutritious food.

Les Dames d’Escoffier, Seattle – Our chapter’s commitment to Green Tables has been strong. In total we’ve awarded over $152,000 in grant monies, including $50,000 to Seattle Central College for its “green house” project, since it’s first grant awards in 2011. We are fortunate to provide grant monies to develop and support programs that bring healthy meals to schools and early education supporting the garden-to-table cycle. We also encourage and support initiatives for sustainable farming practices and the benefit of organic and sustainable foods.
